Our History:
Pastor Mickey Roy and his wife Brenda founded Mt. Pleasant Christian Fellowship in 1987. They felt the
calling to establish a place where people had freedom to worship, and a place of refuge.
The church has steadily grown from a small storefront church to its current location. The church
underwent 3 expansions..
In September of 2011 we had an amazing opportunity to grow. We purchased our current location at
2425 S. Emerson Ave. The beautiful church is located on 9 1/2 acres of property for us to grow.
Through the efforts of dedicated people who sacrificed their time, we now have a beautiful place to
worship. God is doing great things at Mt. Pleasant. Souls are being saved, broken homes restored,
and families are being taught Biblical values. Come and be a part of our family.
